ROE #11 hosting substitute teacher recruitment road trip
Get ready to embark on an exciting career as a substitute teacher! Area schools currently have a high need for substitute teachers and many area districts have recently raised substitute pay. Now is the perfect time to begin a rewarding career working with students.
Regional Office of Education #11 is coming to a town near you to help make this happen. Regional Superintendent Dr. Kyle Thompson and ROE #11 staff will be holding substitute teacher recruitment drives in Clark, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie, and Shelby Counties. Plan on meeting Dr. Thompson to go through the steps necessary to obtain a substitute teaching license at one of the following locations:
