Based on the “shelter in place” order issued by Governor Pritzker, ERBA Outreach Offices are currently doing appointments by telephone only and will continue to operate in this manner until further notice, with minimal curbside services. If you are in need of assistance, please contact your local ERBA office found under the locations tab on our website, or you can begin the application process for energy assistance, rent assistance, food assistance and other assistance by clicking the LIHEAP icon, Covid-19 Services icon or CSBG icon on the homepage of our website. Our staff and customers are valued very much and we understand the challenges everyone is faced with. By being smart and following simple hygiene guidelines, we can hopefully beat this virus and come out stronger than before.
