Jim Kilburn, 73, of Tuscola, passed away at 1:57 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.

A Celebration of Jim’s life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at the Victory Church in Camargo.  The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting the family.
