William D. Bandelin, 72, of Tuscola, passed away at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2018 at the VA Illiana Health Care Center, Danville.

Graveside Services with military rites accorded were Monday, Nov. 12, 2018 at the Tuscola Township Cemetery with Rev. Joe Carter officiating. Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, Tuscola, handled the arrangements.
