Broc Winn Memorial Golf Outing raises $6,500

Pictured are the 98 participants of the 2018 Broc Winn Memorial Golf Outing gather on Saturday, Aug. 18 at Ironhorse Golf Course. This year the event profited $6,500 for the memorial fund that honors the late Broc Winn, a 2007 TCHS graduate who died tragically in 2014. Friends of Winn, who was a standout Warrior athlete, created the Broc Winn Memorial Fund to honor their buddy by giving back to those in need and area youth and prep athletics. The memorial fund gives a $1,000 scholarship to a four-year Warrior football player, donates hams to the SAM Food Pantry during the holiday season, and gives to various youth sports throughout the community.
