Richard Wayne Frederick, 77, of Lapeer, formerly of Caro, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018.

Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors – Capstick Chapel in Lapeer. A memorial celebration will be scheduled and announced in the fall, when all sons can be present.
