Letter: Parents choice should be considered by school board

Dear Editor:

I was amazed and appalled to learn that siblings cannot, in some cases, attend the same classroom in Tuscola schools. I attended a one-room schoolhouse with two of my siblings when I was growing up.

Sometimes siblings need to have a sense of being together, and I am sure parents understand when their children need to be to be together and need to be in separate classrooms better than the school board does. They have been with their children since birth and know their needs.

I would hope that the school board would consider that point moving forward.

My great-granddaughters who are twins are very happy in the same classroom in Arcola.
